Dry Ice Production Machines
We have been producing dry ice since 2007. From the very beginning, we have worked intensively with our production systems and have constantly adapted and improved them to meet our needs.
The result was our first completely self-developed pelletizer in 2011.
The most important goals of our developments are reliable and user-friendly production machines. The first in-house development resulted in two series of pelletisers and a converter.
We attach great importance to regional suppliers and manufacturers for our components.
Our systems are robust, reliable and easy to operate. With minimal space requirements, they offer maximum performance. With a connected load of just 4 KW, they are very economical in terms of power consumption.
Made in Germany
Our dry ice machines are designed and produced in Germany and are therefore “Made in Germany”. This gives us short and efficient supply chains.

Pelletiser P-100
Our P-100 pelletiser is the ideal entry-level model for anyone just starting out in dry ice production.
You already produce dry ice, but are struggling with capacity bottlenecks? Then the P-100 is also the right choice for you.
Do you have higher requirements? Then our DP-200 pelletizer would be something for you.
Pelletiser DP-200
The DP-200 pelletiser, or put more simply, our double pelletiser, achieves twice the production volume of our P-100 with the same energy consumption and space requirement thanks to its optimised control system and an additional pressing unit. And that’s not all.
For maximum flexibility, both pressing units can also be operated individually or with different dies.
The DP-200 pelletiser is designed to achieve maximum output with minimum space requirements.
Our replacement service
If your pelletizer is defective, we will provide you with a replacement pelletizer during the repair period.
This means you have no loss of production and can continue working without interruption.
Reformer UM-600
The UM-600 converter presses blocks and slices from dry ice pellets with a variable height of up to 100 mm. This allows you to produce slices and blocks between
500 g and 3 kg.

As with our pelletizers, we have attached great importance to the design of the converter to ensure that it is robust, reliable and easy to operate. At the same time, it delivers high production volumes with low power consumption.
