We have been producing Dry Ice since 2007. From the very beginning, we have worked intensively on our production systems, constantly adapting and improving them to our practical needs. The result of this was our first completely self-developed pelletiser in 2011.
The most important goals of our developments are reliable and user-friendly production machines. The first in-house development resulted in two series of pelletisers and two series of converters.
All components are manufactured and assembled in Germany. Our systems are robust, reliable and cost-effective. With minimal space requirements, they offer maximum performance. With a connected load of just 4 KW, they are very economical in terms of power consumption.
Our Dry Ice production machines are “Made in Germany”, from design to manufacturing and final assembly. Whenever possible, we use regional suppliers. However, we always make sure that our machines can be easily and cost-effectively maintained and repaired abroad.
Pelletiser PT-P-100
Our PT-P-100 pelletiser is the ideal entry-level model for anyone just starting out in Dry Ice production. You already produce Dry Ice, but are struggling with capacity bottlenecks? Then the P-100 is also the right choice for you. Do you have a higher demand? Then perhaps our PT-DP-200 pelletiser would be something for you.

Pelletiser PT-DP-200
The PT-DP-200 pelletiser, or more simply, our double pelletiser, achieves twice the production volume of our PT-P-100 with the same energy consumption thanks to its optimized control system and an additional press unit. And that’s not all. Both press units can also be operated individually and with different dies. With this pelletiser, two different products can be operated simultaneously and with the same space requirement as our entry-level model PT-P-100. The PT-DP-200 pelletiser is designed to achieve maximum output with minimum space requirements.

Our special exchange service
If your pelletizer is defective, we will provide you with a replacement pelletizer during the repair period.
This means that you have no production downtime and can continue working without interruption.
Reformer PT-UM-600
The PT-UM-600 reformer presses blocks and discs with variable heights of up to 100 mm from dry ice pellets. This allows you to produce discs and blocks between 500 g and 3 kg. As with our pelletisers, we have placed a lot of emphasis on making the converter robust, cost-effective and easy to operate.
